Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your experience with us and your item(s) you purchase. By purchasing item(s) you accept you are agreeing to our Exchange and Returns Policy.
- We have a 30 day refund/exchange policy (unless faulty).
- Items must be returned in a condition fit for re-sale. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked and showing no signs of wear. The item(s) must be in original packaging with original labels and tags available.
- If the item(s) is not returned in “As New” condition, management reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange.
- Please retain receipt for proof of purchase.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. If original payment method is unavailable, refund will be in the way of exchange or store credit only.
- No refunds or exchange on Gift Cards or Vouchers.
- No refunds or exchange on underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
- Faulty item(s). If you believe your item(s) to be faulty, return to the store and we will follow manufacturers instructions regarding the item.
